Welcome to Theresa Dedmon Ministries

Theresa DedmonMy passion is for every person to radically encounter God’s love and presence through what we create, what we declare, and what we believe. As we encounter God through a living relationship, we begin to understand our identity, as well as our inheritance. My desire is to see revival- the very LIFE of God- impact the hearts of people through creative expression, which transforms the world around us. Thus, we are building a Prophetic Arts Culture and Community, which wants to bring God’s love in every creative art form back to the church, community, and world.

Heaven Raining Abundance In this Tuscany painting, I felt like the heaven's are pregnant with blessing- so I painted a waterfall flowing down and touching the land!   Theresa's poem: If you only knew the prosperous blessings flowing down from heaven upon your land- that with one word a curse is broken and new life is born!  See the furrows becoming green and the harvest turning golden.  It is our time to see the Waters of the Holy Spirit fall upon our hearts and land!"  Let this painting bring breakthrough to your heart and life as you see it!
Creative Power So many of us have limited our creativity.  It is time for us to let it out and let it flow- in all different kinds of colors, shapes, and sizes. Theresa's poem: You blossom through embracing your unique creativity, flowering in bursts of passionate red, furiously moving through revelatory hues of blue and royal streams of purple. You are unique, blossoming in the soil of God's creative plan, multiplying buds of creativity, yet to be opened and experienced."  If you want to go to the next level in embracing your unique factor in creativity- this painting is for you!
His Love Never Fails I painted this painting so that people can go on an encounter with Jesus’ love!  It is closer than you think! Romans 8 –proclaims that NOTHING can separate us from His LOVE!  It is time to experience that love and come to Him as a child, sitting on His lap- with a smile over our face, because we know and can experience His love.  I painted the child with red and white stripes to symbolize that by His stripes we are healed!  As you look at this painting, rest your head back on His chest, feel His strong arms around you and know the complete and limitless love of God permeating every part of your life!  YOU ARE LOVED!
The Bride Has Made Herself Ready The bride is looking for her bridegroom in the cool of the evening, when everything is still and the sun begins to set. I feel this is a prophetic picture of how we are to seek the Bridegroom’s Presence in the stillness of our hearts when we are all alone. Let’s find Him there. “Come and awaken love!
I wait for you in the forest of my thoughts,
Longing for just one touch, one glance-
Here alone, I find you, whom my heart loves
and will never leave.”
Fog of Heaven There is favor coming from heaven down upon our lives as we surrender and worship Him.  I felt like this is the season for being so caught up in His Presence that it creates an atmospheric change- and WE are surrounded by His Presence! Let’s partner with heavenly clouds of the FOG’- “Favor of God”.
Quest for Other Lands This painting represents a prophetic word for all of us who want to travel into foreign lands and bring His Kingdom. Psalm 2:8, says that ‘I will make the nations your inheritance.’ We are to venture out and claim the land across the sea, because this has already been given to us. “The sky is opening up as the clouds reveal the stars- countless stars,
reflecting the nations as our inheritance.
Do you see the road across the water into the heart of the nations?
Can you hear their cries and feel their hunger?
It is time to arise and shine for the Light of the world has come.
You are His Light and He is your path.
The rest of the adventure can only be told through those who will see your coming and live
to tell the tale of your night vision and the stars that you saw in their eyes.”
Finding My Beloved I wanted to capture that intimate moment in the twilight, when we find ourselves face to face with Jesus.  I felt the gazebo represented our body, which is called the temple of the Holy Spirit. This painting is represented of our path  and journey in life.  The goal is to search and find intimacy with Jesus, as we quiet  our soul, heart, mind, and body in the time of day when all is at rest.  I feel like as people look at this painting, there will be a burning desire to find Jesus and have a heart to heart encounter with Him.  It's colors and subject releases intimacy supernaturally and is a prophetic call to make time for the One who gave His life to find us!
Poppy of Delight In the years following World War One, Governments and society in general, had not yet accepted responsibility for those maimed and bereaved as a result of the Great War. Massive unemployment in Britain made the problem much worse. Earl Haig, the Commander in Chief of the British Army undertook the mighty task of organizing the British Legion as a means of helping with the problems of hundreds and thousands of men who had served under him. In 1921, a group of French widows visited him at the British Legion Headquarters. They had brought with them some poppies they had made, and suggested selling them as a means of raising money. The rest is History as they say. This painting represents your life as tied to so many others who didn’t serve in World War I, but serve the King of Kings in bringing His Kingdom to earth! “There stands alone, one poppy in the field
whose head is up, turned toward the sun.
It cannot be plucked or trodden down through the years,
because it is not of natural but of supernatural life.
Your life is eternal, you are linked throughout history
with many who have laid down their life in the field of poppies-
crimson red as the blood which bought each one with a price.
You will never be forgotten and your beauty fragrantly carries across the centuries
to woo a dying world of the hope that cannot die.”
